The hotel is in good condition having undergone renovations for the conversion to Baymont in 2023. The hotel did not go on-line with Baymont until March 31, 2023 and signage did not appear until May 2023. Projected revenue for this full year as a Baymont is expected to be $650,000. The TTM thru February was $550K. The hotel offers a great opportunity of owner/operator with living quarters located on-site.

The Baymont is conveniently located just off I-75 at exit #160. The Bay City Downtown Business District and Riverfront, as well as many other demand generators are within a few miles. Saginaw is only 5 minutes in the opposite direction and offers and abundance of retail shopping and dining.
