The AmericInn is a two-story, interior corridor, limited-service hotel, with 47 guestrooms. The hotel was built in 1998. The property has been maintained very well with many recent upgrades over the past two years, and is in exceptional condition throughout. The facilities consist of a large lobby with a fireplace, guest registration area and adjoining breakfast area, indoor pool and whirlpool spa, meeting room for up to 40 people, business center/workstation, guest laundry and an elevator. In addition to standard guestrooms equipped with all the modern amenities, the hotel features one and two room suites with microwaves and refrigerators and some with whirlpools and fireplaces. Every room has a 32” LCD flat screen television with cable including HBO and HBO Family, telephones with voice mail, AM/FM clock radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
